We are going research how virtual teams that are collaborating within OpenSource communities, manage to perform their projects. Do they need project manager, are they using any plans and so on. We are going to define guidelines that will help such teams to manage their project with basic principles of project management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze when/why dental students decided to enter dentistry. The study then progresses to determine what percentage of dental students want to enter a dental specialty or wanted to prior to dental school. The design of the survey is also to find out which specialties are of interest and for what reasons.
