Top Seven Ways Writing Articles Can Explode Your Business
In today's highly competitive internet universe, the importance of attracting
highly targeted traffic to your website cannot be overemphasized. Routing web
traffic to your site can be your only means of survival, especially in the cutthroat
world of ecommerce. Getting a high search engine ranking can be very difficult.
Fortunately, there is plethora of website promotion strategies you can use to
drive traffic to your website.
There is a wide variety of strategies you can adapt, from paid advertising
to affiliate marketing. However, most of these techniques require payment. Nevertheless,
there are ways to promote your website and increase your web traffic without
spending anything. Writing articles is one of the best web site promotion strategies
you can use, and they can be very effective. How, you may ask, can writing articles
help improve your web traffic? Here are the top seven ways in which it can help
explode your business.
1.Reach more people
When you write good articles, it would be a shame not to share them with other
people. You can post your articles in your website or you can submit them to
other sites such as e-zines and online publishers. By submitting your articles
to these sites, you give exposure not only to your ideas but also to your website.
Simply include a link back to your site or include your information in the resource
box. With this, you get exposure and free advertising as well. Submit your articles
to popular e-zines and take advantage of their popularity. Other sites who find
your article relevant may also link back to you. Thus, you increase your link
popularity, which is one of the most important strategies in the internet world.
Remember that most people are looking for information online and by filling
this need with your quality article; you may reap the benefit of more exposure
and higher web traffic.
2.Free Advertising
Submitting your articles to other websites presents an opportunity to advertise
your website without paying exorbitant fees. Although you should avoid marketing
language in your articles and make it informative and useful to your readers,
you can always include your site's link in the resource box. In addition, by
making your article marketing
relevant and helpful to your readers, you are making a good impression for your
website, which could ultimately lead to a visit and hopefully a purchase. Good
quality content in an article is far better and more effective than a few lines
of ad space. You have a very special opportunity to presell your product or
service to your prospective customer.
3.Gain High Search Engine Ranking
Create a new web page for your article in your website. Optimize your article
to make it search-engine friendly. Use top-ranked keywords and Meta tags that
can give your website a high search engine ranking. As soon as you upload your
new webpage to your server, search engines will spider through it and you can
gain an increase in search engine ranking. Remember that search engine optimized
content is a very effective strategy to gain a high ranking in search results.
4.Increases Link Popularity
Instead of looking for other sites who would want to establish reciprocal links
with your site, you can simply submit an article to other sites. Just do not
forget to include a link to your site in your resource box. When these websites
pick up and publishes your article, you automatically get a link partner. Try
to get as many link partners as you can. Link popularity is one of the factors
used by search engines in determining search engine rankings. Make your article
especially useful and appealing, so that more websites will be encouraged to
publish it.
5.Optimizes your site for improved search engine ranking
By making your site keyword rich, you can greatly improve the search engine
ranking of your site. Remember that keyword density is one of the most important
factors that search engines use when determining the search engine ranking of
site. However, you should always provide relevant, useful and pertinent information.
Avoid the temptation of overusing keywords just to gain a high ranking as this
may turn off most web surfers. Relevance and quality is still the most important
things to consider when writing articles and it will be doubly useful to your
site if you make these articles search-engine optimized.
6.Establishes a Good Impression and Reputation
By writing excellent, original and relevant articles, you not only give your
site exposure, you are also creating a good impression on your prospects. Encourage
more people to visit your site and do business with you by establishing an impressive
reputation through your articles. Be seen as an expert in the field and your
will ultimately gain more customers eager to do business with you.
7.Enhances your credibility through references and testimonies
Certainly, your articles are going to receive feedbacks and testimonies when
you publish them in e-zines and free article sites. Record these positive feedbacks
and comments and use them as promotional material in your website or in any
of your advertising efforts. Your credibility will be greatly enhanced by these
feedbacks, as it will create a good impression on your prospects as well as
your existing customers. In this highly competitive world, excellent credibility
and trust may be the only things you need to attract new customers or make loyal
patrons out of your existing customers. Original, relevant, useful and pertinent
articles are important tools you should utilize to improve and explode your
business

Finding Hot Selling Products to Sell
In order to locate wholesale
products that sell online, we need to understand what people already want
to buy. Finding a good choice of idea or product is always accompanied by interfacing
the demand for the product in the current market and the level of competition
or market share that the product will be having in the long run.
What should I sell? What products are hot selling? These are the questions
most people are trying to find an answer in order for them to make the definite
decision. And if we really want to know the answer to this question, our only
choice is to do some research. There are all kinds of twists along the road
that may lead you to think you have a high-demand idea. We must be able to understand
and satisfy the need, wants and expectations of our customers on a certain product
that theyre trying to buy. This three are called the basic needs or minimum
requirements in a purchase. Needs are the basic reasons or the minimum requirements
consumers are looking for in a product or service. They are called the qualifying
or gatekeeper dimensions in a purchase. Wants are the determining
dimensions among many choices. Expectations, on the other hand, are values or
intangibles associated with a product or service. Expectations are actually
part of wants but they become extremely important when products
or services are not differentiated.
For example, in reading a logic book, university students look for the following:
Relevant logic concepts use of simple language, easy to understand and affordable
prices. These similar ideas can be applied to Internet Sales as well. After
all, the Internet is just another place to sell products. The basic concept
of demand is the same there as it is anywhere else, and has been all the time.
Now, the second thing that must be considered in finding hot products
to sell are the level of competition or the market shares do your product will
have. Market share or level of competition means the ratio of your brand sales
versus the total market sales. While companies would naturally define its target
competitors, it is actually the consumers who ultimately decide the competitive
frame, or the list related products or services that consumers consider when
exercising their purchasing power. We must therefore choose the market segment
where we can have a potential leadership or at least a strong challenger role.
Because the overriding objective of getting into this business is not just to
satisfy the needs and wants of our customers but to do so profitably better
than his competition. Otherwise, our competition will end up satisfying the
customers better than our own interest.
Third factor to be considered in finding hot selling products is finding out
the general interest level about the product. General interest in a product
helps us to gauge where our demand and competition numbers fall into the big
picture. Simply saying, if there isnt much demand for the product, and
there isnt much competition, it would seem that it might not be good a
good put up for sale. But the research doesnt stop here; there is one
last thing to be considered to exactly find the hot selling products that youve
been looking for. We must also learn how others are advertising those products.
If there are a good number of them doing so, it may mean that its a good
product to get into. Coming to the last phase of the process is analyzing and
evaluating all the information that has been collected. We have to look at all
of the data we have collected on demand, competition, and advertising, and make
decision as how they all balance out.
And here are several factors or aspects that must be measured: (a) not enough
demand means not enough people are going to buy (b) too much competition means
not enough of a profit to go around (c) too much advertising drives up the price
of pay per click ads, and competition as well (d) not enough general interest,
combined with low demand, means there may not be a good market even if there
is competition trying to make the sales.

Perhaps you've heard about blogs - the hottest communication story of last year.
Commentators from Newsweek to the Wall Street Journal, from CNN to PBS have devoted
time to the phenomenon. Blogs are just one of the new technologies that are changing
the way politicians communicate with voters and businesses communicate with customers.
For marketers, these changes mean more direct interaction with customers and
potential customers. By speaking and listening directly with the customer marketers
are able to reduce the expense for public relations and advertising. Of course,
these developments are worrying some in the pr and advertising industries, as
well as the news media.
Many things about marketing communication won't change, of course: you still
need to have something to say. And the best way to apply all these technologies
is still within a business niche. With that said, here are some of the other
ways communication is changing:
1. Podcasting is the hottest
idea on the internet. Starting in 2004, people began downloading homebrewed
radio shows to their iPods. So instead of "broadcasts" they're "podcasts".
Unlike streaming audio, podcasts require the file to be downloaded. The advantage
of podcasts versus streaming is that you can take it with you when you're not
on the net. The disadvantage is that streaming audio is much easier for a customer
to play at his or her computer. The solution is to do both - create an audio
file for streaming, and an mp3 for podcasting. The same recording can be used
for both.
2. A vlog is a video blog. Unlike podcasting, vlogging can refer to either
streaming video or downloadable shows. Combined with the rapid development of
internet video delivery, vlogging seems poised to take off. As with audio, you
can prepare your video file in both streaming and downloadable formats. Also
like audio, you can begin with very low-cost tools and work your way up to full
blown professional equipment. Remember that people like good production quality,
but they like watching something interesting even more.
3. Wikis are websites that are editable by the site users. Content becomes
part of a dialogue among the users, instead of something fixed. This interaction
can build strong communities, and produce large sites with enormous information.
Up until recently, wikis have been difficult to use, and limited to techs. New
approaches to wikis are making them easier to use, and reinforcing the next
trend:
4. Social software. Community sites that encourage sharing and conversation
are springing up in many areas. Photography and music have been drivers of this
trend, in addition to political activism. Interaction builds community, and
community is where the market is.
5. Almost all of these tools involve RSS, a technology for feeding information
to people who want it. Unlike email, which is "pushed" by the sender,
rss feeds have to be "pulled" by the user. While still not completely
mainstream, rss is a rapidly growing delivery system.
For the small marketer, the price of reaching customers directly has dropped.
Large corporations, though, are picking up on these technologies rapidly. To
truly gain an edge, the small business person needs to develop a strategy for
these channels before the big companies figure them out.

Finding the Best Travel Credit Cards
While many airlines offer enticements of frequent flier miles, there
is a second prevalent option - travel credit cards - for discounting your airline
travels. There is a very solid reason that these travel credit cards are so
popular for avid travelers.
These travel reward credit
cards - i.e., those with a feature that lets you earn air mileage discounts
as you make purchases with your travel credit card - offer a double dipping
opportunity. What this means, simply, is that you now have two ways to earn
mileage discounts with the same trip - if you use your travel credit card to
book the flight. You can earn credit not only towards your flight, but also
towards an auto rental or a hotel room. You can also get mileage credit for
purchases with your travel credit card that are not flight-related, such as
meals and shopping from retailers.
Many credit cards work as travel credit cards, offering miles or points for
your purchases with the card. There are four types of travel
credit cards to consider. You might want to choose a credit card that
has partnered with a hotel chain or specific airline. This may well be a good
choice if your travel destinations are consistent, and you use the same airline
continually; or if you have a preference in hotel chain. You might choose a
common brand of travel credit card, such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover or Diners Club. Your local bank, or another reputable banking firm
might issue its own credit card with a program that offers travel rewards. You
could also choose a debit card that acts as a travel credit card.
It's difficult to say in general which are the best
travel credit cards. So much depends on individual need. Most folks
new to travel credit cards start with what are known as co-branded or affinity
travel credit cards - those specifically tied to the frequent flyer offering
of a certain airline. So, let's look at a couple of those.
American Airlines, for instance, has a partnership with Citibank, offering
the AAdvantage mile program. With this American Airlines travel credit card,
the traveler card user earn one AAdvantage mile for each dollar she or he charges
on the travel credit card.
United Airlines has a similar travel credit card offer, called Mileage Plus
First Card, and Delta Airlines has an American Express Optima mileage frequent
flier travel credit card. Northwest's travel credit card is called the WorldPerks
Visa. Most affinity travel credit cards are MasterCard or Visa, Delta being
the most notable exception.
While travel credit cards certainly offer great mileage perks to those who
fly the friendly skies often, they also have the disadvantage of comparatively
hefty annual fees, however. The fees can range anywhere from $25 to $125. Besides
credit history, the other factor that determines your travel credit card annual
fee or your annual percentage rate (APR) is your choosing a standard, a gold
or a platinum level card. APRs are high for travel credit cards as well. You'll
usually end up paying 15 to 18 percent.

Around the beginning of the Christian era, the Northern and Central Europe, which has many lakes and rivers, was inhabited by numerous Germanic tribes and peoples, which were in a process of transition from primitive to feudal society and which were subjects to a certain amount of influence from the declining Roman slave holding society. Owing to the fact their settlements were situated near lakes and rivers and to the necessity of crossing streams and rivers wen hunting or in times of wars, swimming was a very popular sport of practical value. Both men and women went in for swimming. Judging from old myths and sagas, there is reason to believe that there were also swimming competitions. The East European regions were inhabited mainly by Slavic tribes in those times. They too preferred to build their settlements near lakes and rivers and they too regarded swimming as a useful art. No conclusive evidence or myths exist at present about the techniques of locomotion in water or about swimming contests being held by them. But one thing is clear that swimming is as old as our society.

Work at Home Tips
Running your own home based internet
business is a piece of cake. Right? You've probably heard how easy it is
to rake in tens of thousands of dollars practically over night, and how you
can have all kinds of "free time" and extra cash for traveling and shopping
at your favorite store...
Just throw up a web site, add a few affiliate links, post to some forums and
presto - you're in the money!
But the reality is this. If you want to succeed in your own home based internet
business, whether it's affiliate marketing or selling your own products, you
will have to work at making it successful.
You have to make it your job to succeed. You must treat working
at home as your job, not as your hobby. It's great to think that with
just a few easy strokes you'll be running on auto-pilot, bringing in loads of
cash and then on to the next venture. But without some simple planning and consistent
effort you're setting yourself up for failure. Here are a few tips to help you
get started.
STAY ORGANIZED Set up folders in your email client. You should
set up a folder for each contact and keep important correspondence while deleting
what you don't need. If you belong to membership sites that require passwords,
keep the "welcome" letters where you can find them. Set up folders on your desktop.
If you download a lot of software, ebooks or PDF books from specific individuals
simply name a folder on your desktop after the author or site owner. Then when
you download something you can place it in their folder. Make your own HTML
home page. For quick and easy access to all your important sites make up an
HTML page with hyperlinks to your most frequently used sites along with a brief
explanation of each site. Keep it on your desktop for easy access.
STAY FOCUSED Set aside a specific time for work. It could be from
7pm-9pm every day or whatever time's good for you. During this time do not get
distracted from doing only what needs to be accomplished for your business.
Try to use the same time slot every day so you get into a routine and get used
to the working mindset. Save the surfing for another time. Set aside a work
space. Make sure that all your friends and family know that when you're in your
work area you're off limits! No one's to bother you. Finish one task before
starting another. As the old saying goes, "Put one foot in front of the other."
Don't start working on something new until the first task is completely finished.
BE CONSISTENT Work the ideas that "work." When you find something
that works well for you work it hard and get as much out of it as possible.
If you're submitting articles to a certain site and they're paying dividends,
keep feeding the cycle. Learn from failure. Don't get discouraged. Each failure's
just a learning process. Use any failure to your advantage by taking the lesson
and applying it to your next venture. Test, test, and more test. Always test
headlines and ad copy. A small change can reap huge rewards.
With these few simple steps you will stay organized, stay focused, be consistent
in your efforts and build a solid foundation on which you can build your internet
empire! After all, you are the one who will ultimately determine the success
or failure of your business!

Not all credit cards are created equal. There are many
various types of credit cards, and if you are looking
to apply for a credit card, it may be difficult to decide which type of card is best for you.
In this article, we will look at several popular types of credit cards, to help you figure out which type of credit
card meets your unique needs.
Low-Interest Credit Cards
These credit cards are often useful if you are currently carrying a balance on some of your current
credit cards. Low Interest credit cards, also know as balance transfer credit cards, are offered at
significantly lower interest rates than what you may be used to. They are good for transferring
balances to a new card at a lower rate. Often times, this will allow you to pay off your balance in
a shorter amount of time, and for less interest.
Rewards Credit Cards
As the credit card industry becomes more and more competitive, companies are scrambling to get and
keep cardholders and they are willing to bribe you to use their cards. This is where rewards cards
come in. Each program has their own rules, but they all work in a similar fashion. By using your
rewards credit card, you accumulate points that can then be redeemed for prizes, and sometimes even
cash. There are many options available as to what type of reward cards you can
choose. If you use credit cards frequently anyways, you might as well get something for it, right?
Bad Credit Credit
Cards
Even if you have poor credit, you can still be approved for a credit card. Now, credit cards offered
to people with bad credit often times have much more restrictive terms, higher fees, lower limits
and a higher interest rate. If your credit is particular poor, you may have to go with a secured
credit card where by you put down a security deposit, or prepay your credit limit. Why do that?
Because, by using one of these credit cards and diligently paying your bill on time, you can
actually improve your credit and before long you will be eligible for lower rates through a
traditional credit card.
Student Credit
Cards
These credit cards often have a lower limit than their more grown up counterparts, making them a
perfect "starter" credit card for students. Young people can learn how to control debt without the
risk of getting in too deep. As you can see, there are many choices in credit cards.
By choosing the right credit card for your particular situation, you can build your credit in a
responsible way and enjoy perks that suit your lifestyle. Apply for a credit card here.

Divorced Christian men are still my hardest group to find for my research. I'm getting help from some very nice support group leaders, but still working at finding enough men to be considered done on this project. Christian Churches includes all denominations. Some of the ones listed on the survey are Church of Christ, AOG, Presbyterian, Baptist, Lutheran, Nazarene, Pentacostal, Methodist, Catholic, etc.
Interestingly enough, I am finding lots of people responding with either they have struggled spiritually since the divorce and they are working on that. I am also getting a lot of good feedback in the comments sections of this questionnaire. There is no perfect questionnaire that will perfectly assess everyone, but the opportunity to skip irrelevant questions and generate personalized answers adds a lot to the research.
My biggest research questions is basically how did the divorce affect ones spirituality. What I am finding is that the spirituality may have been affected prior to the divorce. That means there was something going on that either brought one closer to God and they felt that their living situation was untenable, or they felt far from God and were having trouble with making a decision on divorce. All of these early findings will probably change of course. I just need 15 more Christian men to fill out my online survey.

Murdoch University, WA :
PhD Project commencing 2005 :
Abstract
The aim of the research is to implement and evaluate evidence-based cognitive behavioural psychological services using innovative technological solutions to the geographic obstacles of remote mental health service delivery. The project will investigate the effectiveness of telepsychology (i.e. the provision of intervention via videoconferencing technology) as a method of psychological service delivery to rural communities. Using a time series, case study design, the utility of a manualised CBT intervention for depression will be explored within an Action-research framework that is responsive to the needs of participants. Recently published evidence suggests that telepsychology holds much promise, but to date, studies have been very preliminary in scope and methodology.
